Viewing Payment History
Who is this applicable to?
Portal Administrator, Portal User, Super User
You can view the history of the payments done by you to your lessor in a single place using the Customer Portal.
To view payment history, navigate to Invoices & Payments > Payment History from the main menu header. This opens the Payment History tab.
Here, you can view details of the payments done by you tab that provides you with a list of invoices that are applicable to you.

The Dashboard provides you a quick summary of your payments in the following manner:
- Payment History: Displays a cumulative amount total payment done by you.
You can use the
tabs to view only Completed Payments, In-progress Payments, and Rejected Payments respectively.
| Completed | Displays completed payments |
| In progress | Payment requests that were initiated by you but haven’t yet been completed by the lessor. |
| Rejected | Payment requests that were initiated by you but rejected by your lessor or bank |
Click
against Payment # to view the additional details of the payment. For each listed payment, you can view the following set of information.
| Payment # | Unique identifier of the payment |
| Paid On | Date at which payment is done |
| Payment Mode | Mode of payment |
| Check/Transaction number | Displays the Check number or the Transaction number |
| Tax Applied | Total tax applicable for the invoice |
| Pending | Amount pending against the invoice |
| Total Amount | Total amount paid |
| Pending Appropriation | Displays the Receipt Balance from receipts |

| Contract # | Invoice against whom payment has been made |
| Invoice Date | Displays invoice due date |
| Total Amount | Total amount paid for the invoice |
