Configuring Message Parameters

As Security Administrators, you can configure messages that are to be shown to your customers. These messages will appear on the Customer Portal Home page as shown below.

Perform the following steps to configure the messaging parameters:

  1. From the main menu on the left, navigate to Business Admin > Master Configurations > Message Configs.
  2. In the Message Configs tab that opens, click .
  3. Enter the Name for the message config.
  4. Click to select the date from which the message content should be shown to your customers.
  5. Optionally, enter a description for the message config.
  6. To make message config available to specific users, enter the sql query in the User Selection Query field. Click to verify if the entered query satisfies your requirements.
  1. In the Message Content section, click to add message content.
  2. Enter the Message Code/Name.
  3. The message content will be visible to your customers for a specific time period. Click to select the Effective From and Effective Till date of the message content.
  1. Click to save the message content.
  2. Click to save the configured message parameters.
