Viewing Asset Location Change Requests

Who is this applicable to?
 Portal Administrator, Portal User

All location change requests created can be viewed in one single location in the Customer Portal.

  1. From the main menu header, navigate to Assets > Request Location Change.
  2. The Asset Location Change Requests page lists all the change requests that have been created in the system.
  3. You can use the tab to view all requests, only pending requests, or only the approved ones.

Click the arrow corresponding to the Contract # to expand and view all the available details of a contract.

For each listed request, you can view the following information:

No. of Assets Number of assets requested for location change
Assets # Unique identifier that identifies the asset
New Location Location details of the new location.
Date Submitted Date on which the change request was submitted
Status Status of the Asset Location Change Request – Submitted, Pending, or Approved
Current Location Location details of the present location of the asset
Effective Date Date from which location change would be effective.
