Editing an Email template

  1. From the main menu on the left, navigate to Business Admin >  Master Configuration > Email Templates. This opens the Email Templates tab.
  2. In the Email Templates tab, search for the required template. You can also choose to use the Basic or Advanced search options provided to you.

The Odessa system allows you to perform two types of searches across the application – Basic and Advanced.

Basic search

You can choose to search for an entity based on basic search parameters such as Name, Id and so on. For this, select the search criteria from the dropdown and enter the search keyword.

Advanced Search

Clicking the Advanced option opens the Advanced Search window that allows you use a combination of search parameters to narrow down your search for a specific entity. Here, you use a variety of syntaxes and queries to perform specific searches.

  1. Select the required template and click .

Click  on the bottom right to save any changes made to your profile.

Editing template details

The Email template tab allows you to modify the editable fields such as Name, Subject, Body/Body Template file.

Inactivating a template

NOTE
Once you inactivate the email template, you cannot activate it again.

You can choose to inactivate the email template by clearing the Active checkbox.
